Gardenia's birthday party in making Part I

This is my Girly Piggy gang. We share and we grow up together (since Uni). From all singles to a few married, a few engaged and the last 2 standing to-date. The rest of the 5 piggies have a common like which is C.H.O.C.O.L.A.T.E!

Fish's and my birthday are only 2 days apart, and we always celebrate together. For this year, we planned dinner at Pete's Place (Itatlian)@ Hyatt, followed by desserts and chit-chat session @ Bakerzin, Paragon.

Let me start off by introducing the characters in our Piggy gang.

Mommy Gerry

The 2nd piggy to get married and the 1st to be a mommy. She joined the gang in Uni Sem 2 and hasn't turned back. Haha!

Chix aka Mrs Ng

The 1st piggy to be married off and 2nd to be mommy. She's the wise, accomplished, strong woman in the gang. She's been there all along as Fish and my guardian angel, thou rather the straight forward and non soft spoken type.

Piggy E

Our ever-studious piggy can always be found in our Uni's library. She's an info resourcer, a finance consultant and a true Chocoholic. She's the 3rd piggy to be engaged to her beau of 7yrs.

Fish

Our sporty queen, dog lover, family gal and a systematic person. She's used to jog almost everyday during Uni, but work has tired her out quite abit. Nevertheless, she's still active in the floor ball team to-date along with her beau. She's also a very organised gal, from studies to work and to daily life. Especially when it comes to displaying her toiletries in the bathroom! Don mess with her thou, because she'll lecture you to the ground (ex-tutor). She's the 4th to getting engaged.

Witch

Our so beautiful Witch joined our private gang gathering not long after Uni. She's got her own thinking, independant somehow, great sense of fashion and a party gal! She once read our cards via Tarot and was pretty accurate. I think her as a gypsy.

The wise chix always speaks with confidence.

And the 2 looked on.

We had our share of assorted breads, butter and olive oil. Followed by some appetisers and a pizza. And our own pasta. I ordered a Spaghetti Bolognese, my favourite. But they came as meat balls and spghetti style, and the beef taste kinda weird... Like it has gone bad. I wonder if this is the authentic Bolognese?

We decided to move on to a spot for desserts and more chit-chat. Bakerzin was next.

I love the wallpaper at Bakerin, Paragon. It themed very well as a backdrop for the pretty piggies.
