Sashimi Buffet?
I'm comfortable with the environment here. Most importantly, not over cluttered and is clean.
The sushi bar, prata stall and roast duck/ pork stall are at the back of the right corner.
This side of the counter served cold dishes, salads and some other stuff that I don't think is worth mentioning here.
The 'Hot counter' It includes crispy fried soft shell crab, black pepper fish, beef, sea cucumber and etc.
Dessert I would say it's pretty miserable, and I don't see the staff or pastry chef taking care of this important counter at all.
The common cheescake, chocolate cake and bread pudding.
Nonya kueh I told Pig that we missed out the soba because they had put it together with the kueh.
Chocolate fondue
Pig requested for 4 persons' shares.
The prawns were pretty huge and the scallops served were either raw or cooked.
Crispy soft shell crabs, raw oysters with lemon and mussels with chilli.
Stir-fry beef and a second round of soft shell crabs.
Sea cucumber and squids.
Yet another round of giant prawns.
This is the 3rd round. The chef was miser with round 2's serving so we gobbled the entire plate within few minutes.
Pig handling an ice-shaving machine. He's making chendol for himself.
The ingredients that went with chendol.
For me, fruits and sweet desserts.
Pig's mama brought back to the table more fruits and jellies.
The mini strawberry slice was simply sponge cake and strawberry cream. Cookie and cream was really just cookie and cream! I like the dark choc here, although it's just metled dark choc and mix with maybe milk choc
Outside the restaurant.
