Mr Tan's Farewell Lunch

My colleague, Mr Tan, was bidding us farewell. So we gathered for lunch altogether for the 1st time and treated him to zhi char at the popular Ocean Curry Fish Head at Telok Ayer.

Later at the office, while Mr Tan had gone off for the exit interview with the HR...

I did this memorial mini poster/ card which everyone had signed off with well-wishes.

Why the xiao bai cai? I remembered that it represents good luck charm for Mr Tan in the year of 2008.

And why the meerkats? Hahaha... they've special meaning for our Mr Tan.

For his farewell gift, we combined all stuff that would remind him of us in a shoe box covered with lotsa pics of meerkats.

Mr Tan bought 2 boxes of donuts from Donuts Empire after his exit interview, for us to share as tea-break.
